Within KTVC support arm is the human resource section. It is under the Administration Department and is headed by the Human Resource Officer who is registered a member of IHRM.
The Human Resource Office is in charge of BOG staff (both teaching and non-teaching) and has a total of 120 staff.
Our core functions are:
- 1. Staffing (Recruitment and Selection),
- 2. Training and Development,
- 3. Compensation,
- 4. Safety and Health,
- 4. Employee and Labor Relations.
Our aim is to acquire, develop, maintain, motivate, and retain the right people with the right skills to achieve KTVC Quality Objective.
